a convenient hotel
helpful reception staff warm welcome amazing location
alev and ihsan at the reception were helpful. caner at the restaurant gave a warm welcome. the location is nearly at the end of istiklal street and right in front of şişhane metro station, giving amazing convenience for exploring the city with public transportation.
some of the towels showed wear.

outdated facilities rusty bottle
The staff seemed nice and willing to serve guests.
The room I had was really basic. Facilities seemed quite outdated to me. The corner of the mirror was broken with cracks, this bothered me a lot. The metal bottle for hand soap near the mirror was rusty. It had disgusting substances all over it.

great stay with some ac hiccups
friendly staff rooftop breakfast perfect location
the staff was very friendly and helpful. the breakfast buffet on the rooftop had amazing views. the location was also perfect with the tunnel and metro nearby. i really enjoyed my time here.
the air conditioning wasnt working properly. it kept turning off and on throughout the day and night. i reported this multiple times, but the issue persisted .

the reception staff offers assistance with luggage storage and taxi services. they were available 24/7 at the front desk. i really liked how they were quick in responding to all my requests.

the breakfast buffet includes fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes. coffee and tea are served at the table each morning. the rooftop restaurant provides excellent views of the bosphorus during meals.

rooftop terrace perfect location small room outdated facilities
i liked the breakfast at the rooftop terrace. the view was very nice and i like it. also, the location are perfect. so many shops are there and i like the location.
the room was very small. it has outdated facilities and a mirror were broken. the ac wasnt working good the first night.

great location subway station friendly staff stairs access average breakfast mobility issue
The location is excellent near the subway station. I found many restaurants, cafes and shops close by. The staff are friendly especially one of the managers.
The breakfast was okay, but below what I expect from a similar hotel. Access to the restaurant requires stairs. This could be difficult for older people or people with mobility issues.
